Louis Lake's prime summer season is only 10 weeks long, so we often have several requests for the same dates. With this in mind, once your reservations is confirmed, if you cancel, you are still responsible for the full balance unless we can rent to someone else. This is because we often turn others away for the same dates after your reservation was confirmed. However, we may be able to fill your spot with someone on our waiting list and then your payment will be refunded, minus your deposit. In the event that you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible, so we can try to fill the reserved cabins. |
